average stay, some issues

central locationstreet noisenonexistent soundproofing
The location was central. I will give them that much.
The room, a city facing studio, was rather noisy. i could hear everything from the street below. plus, the soundproofing was nonexistent. I could clearly hear the neighbors. it wasn't a relaxing experience, to say the least.

excellent stay with kitchen amenities

essential kitchenetteclean roomdining tablefilthy carpet
the city facing studio included a kitchenette, offering convenience. it also had all necessary kitchen and bathroom essentials. the room was very clean and large, offering a dining table and chairs. the provided breakfast was a continental style, which i found quite helpful.
the stair carpet seemed quite filthy, made me scrutinize other areas. it could certainly use some attention.
Service

The bed was small. The shutters did not block out light. It was bright ALL night. i WASN'T able to sleep properly because of that. I feel this NEEDS to be addressed, otherwise, guests will not be comfortable.
